Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Cutoff times depend on your tour and how you booked. Tap a section for the full details.
Cancel or reschedule within these windows for a full refund.
Guests who fail to check in, or who arrive after the vessel has departed, are considered no-shows. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
Reservations may be rescheduled within the applicable cancellation window above, subject to availability. Every booking includes up to two complimentary reschedules. Additional changes may carry a fee.
If E-Z Boy Tours cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, minimum participant requirements, mechanical issues, or safety concerns, you may choose to:
- Reschedule, subject to availability
- Receive a full refund
- Request a referral to another reputable operator
All weather and safety decisions are made solely at the Captain's discretion.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If that isn't possible, we'll arrange another refund method with you.
Terms & Conditions
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the following terms.
The vessel departs on time and will not be delayed for late arrivals.
Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Ferry delays, transportation issues, oversleeping, or other personal circumstances do not extend check-in or departure times.
Guests must follow all instructions from the Captain and crew. E-Z Boy Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated.
No refund will be issued if a guest is removed for unsafe, disruptive, or intoxicated behavior.
If a guest chooses to book with a recommended third-party operator, that booking becomes subject to the other operator's own policies and terms.
Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
Snorkeling, sailing, and other water-based activities carry inherent risk. Every participant — or a parent/guardian for anyone under 18 — must read, sign, and submit this waiver before the tour.

Water-based activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, drowning, marine life encounters, and changing weather.

Participants confirm they are physically fit to take part and will inform the Captain or crew of any relevant medical condition.

Guests agree to follow all instructions from the Captain and crew, who hold final authority over safety and tour operations.

E-Z Boy Tours may delay, modify, or cancel a tour if conditions are considered unsafe, or for other operational reasons.

Participants voluntarily take part at their own risk and release E-Z Boy Tours, its owners, employees, captains, and crew from liability, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

E-Z Boy Tours is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought on the tour.

Guests authorize E-Z Boy Tours to obtain emergency medical assistance if necessary; any medical expenses incurred are the guest's responsibility.

Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Guests who don't wish to appear should notify the crew before departure.

GoPro footage is sent to the phone number provided within 24 hours of the tour, and is permanently deleted 72 hours after — recovery cannot be guaranteed after that window.
Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian's signature on the form.
