Depart Caye Caulker
Board early, meet your captain and crew, and get fitted for snorkeling gear. It's a longer ride than our reef tours — Turneffe Atoll sits well past the barrier reef — so settle in and watch the water turn from green to deep blue.
Reef Snorkel — Harry Jones Channel
Our first stop inside Turneffe's reef system. Harry Jones Channel cuts through healthy coral with strong visibility — a great warm-up before the deeper highlights of the day.
Reef Snorkel — Angelfish Paradise
True to its name — a reef patch known for angelfish and a colorful mix of tropical species weaving through the coral. One of Turneffe's most photogenic snorkel spots.
Shipwreck Snorkel
The stop everyone remembers. Snorkel over a sunken wreck now claimed by coral and marine life — a completely different kind of underwater scenery from the open reef, and one of the reasons this trip is worth the longer ride.
Calabash Caye Nature Trail
Step off the boat and onto Calabash Caye for a walk through the island's nature trail — a change of pace between snorkel stops, and a chance to see Turneffe from land instead of water.
Beach BBQ
The crew fires up a beach BBQ right on Calabash Caye, with fresh ceviche and rum punch to go with it. A proper island lunch break in the middle of a long day on the water.
Return to Caye Caulker
We dock back at Caye Caulker around 5:30 PM. If our crew captured any photos during the trip, they'll be sent to you over WhatsApp — save them promptly, since they're deleted after 72 hours.
