Caye Caulker is often referred to as the "go slow" island due to its relaxed and laid-back atmosphere. The island's motto is "Go Slow," which encourages visitors to take life at a slower pace and enjoy the simple pleasures of the island.

A few meters off the boat in the shallow sea grass beds, I found this turtle enjoying the morning sunlight streaming down through the water.

By encountering nurse sharks in the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, guests can gain a better understanding of the natural behavior and characteristics of these fascinating animals. Expeditions to places like Turneffe and Lighthouse reef are unfortunately few and far between. However, every opportunity we have had to take people out to those places have been spectacular.
